Ballet Exam Congratulations
Congratulations to all of our 2026 ballet exam participants. We are proud of your hard work and growing artistry. Exam comment sheets and certificates will be available in the coming weeks. If you would like to see more photos of our exam participants, see our webpost, or our Facebook and Instagram feeds.
Spring Term Starts April 1
Our 2026 Spring term starts on April 1st, and fees are due on that date. Invoices were sent to everyone in the third week of March via QuickBooks. Don’t hesitate to contact the office if you have any questions or need to make changes to your class choices.
Easter Weekend Classes – April 3-6
Classes will run as usual on Saturday, April 4. There are no regularly scheduled classes on the remaining days of that weekend.
KiDanCo Studio Sightings – Saturday, April 25
Step inside the studio and witness creation in real time. Studio Sightings offers an exclusive look at works-in-progress from KiDanCo’s choreographers and dancers. Support our dancers, see new choreography take shape, and celebrate the artistry growing in our studio. This International Dance Week event is in the studio on Saturday, April 25, from 4:00-5:00 PM. Entry is by donation.

There are three ways to help our dancers thrive this season! Every purchase, return and share helps fund performances and new creative opportunities for our dancers. Thank you for being part of our community.
- Coffee Fundraiser – Stock up on your favourite Java Blend. Orders are due April 30. Details in the Coffee Fundraiser post.
- Recycle for KiDanCo – Return your bottles and cans and direct the proceeds to our company. See the post for the recycling depot addresses.
- LHSD T-Shirts – Show your studio spirit and support KiDanCo in style. Limited sizes available. Email the office to purchase.
International Dance Day – April 29
International Dance Day is celebrated on April 29 each year. The day was first established in 1982 to celebrate dance and the joy of movement across all cultures. It also commemorates the birthday of Jean-Georges Noverre (1727-1810), a French dancer and ballet master who is regarded as the founder of modern ballet.

- 1: Spring term starts & fees due
- 3: Good Friday – no scheduled classes
- 4: Easter Weekend Saturday – classes running as usual
- 5: Easter Sunday – no scheduled classes
- 6: Easter Monday – no scheduled classes
- 29: International Dance Day
- 30: Orders due for KiDanCo Coffee Fundraiser
