Pre-Pointe, Pointe & Variations

Our pre-pointe and pointe classes are designed for students who have reached the necessary physical and technical development. In our pre-pointe program, students focus on body alignment, lower leg and foot strength, and receive essential anatomical instruction along with expert guidance on foot care and pointe shoe maintenance. At the end of this preparatory year, students are assessed for their readiness to move into pointe work. Our variations class explores solo dances from the established classical ballet repertoire, highlighting the artistic and technical skills of soloists and principal dancers. Due to the physical demands of pointe work, these classes are exclusively available to Intensive Training or Pre-Professional Training Program students
