It seems to be storming every Monday this month… I have also discovered an error in the Winter term Dates of Instruction & Calendar document. The Calendar page of the website has been corrected, and the downloadable document has been updated. These two items are important for our plan for Monday, Feb 2, below.
The North Woodside Centre has informed me that if the storm hits this Sunday, as predicted, they will be closing the building on Sunday at 5:00 pm and will remain closed until Monday at 5:00 pm. This will give them enough time for proper clean-up of the property, and for road conditions to improve so you can arrive safely.
We have devised the following two plans:
- The Centre can open at 5:00 pm – All classes on Monday night will be postponed by ½ hour as follows: Modern D at 5:00-6:30, Floor Work at 6:30-7:00, and Modern E at 7:00-8:30.
- The Centre remains closed on Monday – We will hold replacement classes on Heritage Day, Feb. 16, at the regular times. (There were no scheduled classes for that evening.)
We will email everyone on Monday afternoon to confirm which plan is happening.
